Dill Dipping Sauce

This dip works great with German pancakes and oven potatoes or as sandwich cream. As well as a great dipping sauce for all kinds of grilled meat and fish dishes.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp. green onions
  • 2 tbsp. dill
  • 1 tbsp. mustard
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. garlic paste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Chop the dill finely.
  • Add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix well.
