    Ingredients
      

    Meat & Dairy

    • 2 boneless pork chops or 2 beef flank steaks or 2 chicken cutlets/1 chicken breast
    • 2 oz. bacon
    • 6 eggs
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 stick plus 2 tbsp. butter
    • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
    • 1 cup sour cream

    Produce:

    • 16 oz. cremini or mini-Portabella mushrooms
    • 1 garlic clove or ½ tsp. garlic paste
    • 1 medium sized onion
    • 1 bunch green onions or chives optional
    • 1 bunch parsley

    Other:

    • Salt & pepper
    • Yellow mustard
    • Paprika powder
    • 4 tbsp. lard or neutral vegetable oil
    • 1 cup flour
    • 1.5 cup plain bread crumbs
    • 1 cup broth vegetable, chicken or beef or 1 tsp. instant chicken or vegetable broth
    • 4 rolls or 8 slices white bread preferable a couple of days old
    • 4 vanilla cup cakes
    • ⅔ cup almond slices
    • 3 tbsp. sugar
    • 2 tbsp. honey
    • ¾ cup powdered sugar
    • ¼ cup cornstarch
    • 1 vanilla bean or ½ tbsp. vanilla extract

    Instructions
     

    • If you are gluten free, please choose bread rolls or bread that is suited for your diet.
    • In case you don´t like mushrooms or bacon, you can scratch these items from your shopping list. We will adjust the gravy for your needs during the cooking class.
    • The ingredients are calculated for 2 people.

    Notes

    We will need the following cookware :
    • Frying pan
    • Medium sized pot
    • Sauce pan
    • Cooking spoon
    • Whisk
    • Slotted spoon
