This mulled wine recipe can be made with berries, plums, apples or other fruit of your choice. The wintery spices give this dessert a festive flavor.

Ingredients

cups
mulled wine
¼
cup
rum

box instant vanilla pudding 3.4 oz.
1
tsp.
cinnamon powder
1
tbsp.
vanilla extract

oz.
frozen berry medley
alternatively cherries, plums, apples or pears
Instructions
Pour mulled wine and the rum to a medium sized pot.
Add the instant vanilla pudding, cinnamon powder and vanilla extract, and whisk the mixture until everything is well blended and smooth.
Heat on medium-high for 5 min.
Add the frozen berries and mix carefully.
Shut off heat and allow to sit until berries are defrosted.
Serve warm or allow to cool in case your prefer to serve cold.
Notes
You can keep the dessert for up to 3 days in the fridge.
