6pork steaksIf you buy a whole roast, you should get about 3 pounds without the bones.
2tsp.coarse Kosher salt
Mix together all marinade ingredients.
Rinse pork steaks and pat dry with a paper towel.
Brush pork steaks with marinade on both sides.
Place into a casserole pan, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Grill until well done, about 4-5 minutes per side.
