Apfelsaftschorle is a simple but very popular recipe. Most restaurants offer this non-alcoholic drink on their menu. In this short video I will show you how to make homemade Apfelsaftschorle which is sparkling apple cider.

It’s a very refreshing drink and has fewer calories than pure apple juice. That´s why it is the favorite drink in German beer gardens. In Germany you can buy pre-mixed Apfelsaftschorle, but a lot of people prefer to do their own mix.
