    Ingredients
      

    • 4 Brats
    • 2 tbsp. all purpose flour
    • 3 tbsp. butter
    • 2 portions sauerkraut - Click here for recipe

    Instructions
     

    • Lightly coat brats in flour, shaking off excess.
    • Fry brats over medium heat in butter until fully cooked.
    • Serve with sauerkraut.
